Systematic Appreciation of our Team

The passion and effort our team pours into their roles does not go unnoticed. We celebrate our team’s achievements throughout the year and through our Growth Appraisal System Bright Futures team members are able to demonstrate and rejoice in their progress throughout the year. Educators are also able to participate in our Professional Standards Program in which they can earn incentives through the innovative and professional work they do.

More helping hands

We aim to roster on additional educators each day to support the team in their pursuit to deliver dynamic and inspiring education and care to families and children. This also means our team has consistent and often additional non-contact time to fulfill their roles. We are proud to able to give educators work from home days during high performance times, for example, when summative assessments are due.

Calculated Curriculums

Our curriculums have been created in a way that guarantees educators create meaningful documentation and programs for children, but are not stuck behind a desk forever typing or taking work home. This means less paperwork and more time actually educating and caring for children. Which is better for children and better for educators.

Educator wellbeing program

Our team’s wellbeing genuinely matters. We believe educators and other team members work best when are supported, listened to, have all the resources and time they need to fulfill their roles and are also able to focus on self-care and their wellbeing. Our PERMA promise program and approach to leadership psychology makes sure our focus isn’t always on professional growth, but also personal growth and welfare. Let’s face it, Early Childhood Practitioners often intrinsically put others’ needs before their own, it’s part of the reason that the work in a sector of care and education.
